Semiconductor Packaging and Testing Cleanroom Project
Project Challenges
The client is establishing a new semiconductor packaging and testing line, requiring a 5000 sqm Class 1,000 cleanroom with localized Class 100 areas. Strict controls are required for micro-vibration, ESD, and energy consumption. The precision equipment within the facility is highly sensitive to foundation settlement and requires specialized treatment.
Solutions
Utilizes FFU with raised floor return air system; independent foundations are installed for critical equipment zones to minimize vibration interference. Anti-static PVC flooring is laid (surface resistance: 10^6-10^9Ω), complemented by ionizers to eliminate static electricity. A heat recovery system reduces energy consumption by over 30%. The workshop enclosure uses fire-rated A1 glass magnesium color steel plates.
Project Outcomes
The workshop was delivered on schedule, with all key indicators—cleanliness, temperature and humidity, pressure differential, and static control—meeting specifications. This enabled the client to pass their audit successfully. After project launch, product yield increased to over 98%.
